Requires any of the roles:	bookingsupplier-administrator-write, superadmin

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/reports/booking/printout/test	Test to print a report to PDF with fake data

**TestBookingPrintout** Parameters:

CompanyId	query	Guid?	No	Enter the company you want to see add a token for, if blank and you are an admin, your company id will be used
HeaderLeftCell	body	string	Yes	Report header left cell content
HeaderMiddleCell	body	string	Yes	Report header middle cell content
HeaderRightCell	body	string	Yes	Report header right cell content
BodyCell	body	string	Yes	Report body cell content
FooterLeftCell	body	string	Yes	Report footer left cell content
FooterMiddleCell	body	string	Yes	Report footer middle cell content
FooterRightCell	body	string	Yes	Report footer right cell content

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .json suffix or ?format=json

To embed the response in a jsonp callback, append ?callback=myCallback
